Brian K. Thompson Jr. is the Executive Director of Student Protections, in the Office of Student Protections and Title IX, at Chicago Public Schools. He leads the units responsible for the prevention, training and awareness, and response to allegations of sexual misconduct, biased-based harm, and abuse. A founding member of the office, Brian has supported the development of the office since its inception in 2018
