The UChicago Center for Effective Government is hosting the 2021 Civic Leadership Academy Graduation Ceremony on Thursday, June 17 at 5:00pm CDT.

Commencement speakers will include:  

  • Miguel A. Blancarte, Jr. (CLA’21), COVID-19 Response and Community Engagement

  • Julia deBettencourt (CLA’21), Arts Education at Chicago Public Schools 

  • Marshall Hatch, Jr. (CLA’20), the MAAFA Redemption Project
